Frequently asked questions.

Are there Installment Payment Plan Options?

Yes, there are two options: Pay over 4 months interest free, or, a longer financed installment plan. At checkout choose Shop Pay for either the 4 interest-free payments, or choose a financed, monthly payment plan.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free to all U.S. addresses. Overseas shipping is based on the delivery address. In U.S. I use either Fedex Ground, UPS, or USPS, based on the delivery address. Average shipping delivery times are 5-9 days from the date of shipping. Faster shipping is available on request.

Return Policy

If you’re unsure about a purchase, please contact me to arrange a FaceTime or Zoom studio tour so you can view paintings up close before buying. As an art collector myself, I understand wanting to see as much of a painting's details before.

If a package arrives damaged and the painting is damaged, returns are accepted provided that photos of the damage are taken within 24 hours of delivery and are emailed/texted within 24 hours. Otherwise returns are not accepted.

When will my order arrive?

I normally ship smaller paintings (up to about 20" x 24") within 48 hours of receiving your order (except orders received Friday - Sunday.) Larger paintings require a custom museum-grade shipping box. Add an additional 2, 3 days to ship larger paintings. Carrier deliver times in the U.S. average between 3-7 days depending on address and time of year.

Do you do studio tours?

I currently offer video tours of the studio with FaceTime or Zoom. In studio tours are always possible.
